Your storage service in Tokyo was unfortunately a larger size and placed at a later time versus the bulk of orders, which means it was later in the creation queue, and we ran out of space before it could be activated. There are a few choices you have on how you want to proceed.
1. Full Refund & Cancellation. Please reply back to this ticket and let us know you want a refund, and it will be processed. This may also occur if you do not reply back indicating another option.
2. Wait Longer. For this option, CONTACT US as soon as possible. We need a confirmation so we can built a new server with enough space to accommodate you. If you select this option, you no longer qualify for a refund once we build the new server as it will be specifically built to accommodate you. It will take at least 4 weeks.
3. Change to Los Angeles We are close to processing activations in Los Angeles. Reply back and let us know you would like to change to this location, and activation will occur sooner than waiting for Tokyo. Since you have a larger package, you must indicate this ASAP.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Since your service is 1TB or larger, if you decide on #2 then please do not forget to contact us to reserve your spot.
