A solution has been proposed for your support ticket CS7997333： why my order is pending longtime..

Resolution comment:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting OVHcloud Billing team.

The order 15607533 was cancelled by our Validation team and can not be delivered.

All previous funds will be returned to you once the transaction expires.

The pre-authorization on your Credit card transaction should expire within 9 to 14 days, and on PayPal transactions within 21 to 29 days, counting from the date when your order was placed.

Pass that delay we recommend that you contact your financial institution for further information about the transaction.

The length of time is beyond our control.

直接删号了？我的预扣款会返回吗！！！

ca是默认没税，但是价格要比其他区免税后贵上一点
